We have ensured that our Privacy Policy is in accordance with our practices at Poker Games Interactive LLC, a Nevada Company and provider of the App (referred to as the “company”, “us” or “we”), and is committed to protecting your privacy online. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Merchant, and the actions of the Merchant are not in our control.

6.) Merger or Acquisition

As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company; if this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information. However, Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy or subsequent Privacy Policy as identified by the successor company.

We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and the community from bad actors We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our App; enforce or apply this Privacy Policy; or protect the rights, property or safety of the App, its Users or others.

You may not use any email services that we offer to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms of Use. We do not permanently store email messages or the email addresses sent from these tools.

Generally, we will not modify your personal information based on your request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can change your email address, contact information, financial information, profile information, job posting information, and user preferences by logging into your account. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. You may deactivate your account at any time. Your account will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible. If you deactivate your account your personal information will be deactivated from public viewing and will only be available to select company personal. We will retain in our files the personal information you have provided to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your request to deactivate your account.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you.
