2. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Event Hosting
Event hosts agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Honor ticket sales and entry commitments
- Conduct raffles fairly and transparently
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Obtain necessary permits and insurance for events
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Payments and Refunds
Ticket purchases and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process. Event hosts are responsible for their own refund policies for paid events.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DriversCircle™ are owned by Poker Games Interactive LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
DriversCircle™ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to event cancellations, injuries, or disputes between users.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
